I have been extremely busy both with work and on a project for a new Television program, so I apologise for any late reply, I will try to answer you as soon as possible.
Just a little update. The Television program I am working on, is taking up more time than I first expected, I am currently building an incubation room, and have had to greatly increase the amount of animals and species that I currently keep.
This has meant that I am working 18 hours a day 7 days a week, both keeping them in perfect health and building new enclosures for them and the offspring from them.
Due to this latest Project, I couldn't possibly take on any more of a work load until at least the middle to the end of April 2013. I will however try my hardest to answer any questions you may have as soon as humanly possible.
Kindest Regards Dean.

Custom Vivariums Made By Me and can be made for you.
I am a Carpenter and Bench Joiner by trade, so it is rude not to use my skills to my advantage.
Below are a few Vivariums that I have made with a brief description of where they were used and how they were built.
I am honered to have had many people ask me to build them custom made vivariums. I can do this for you, however I live in Essex, my workshop is in Benfleet. I can deliver for cost of fuel locally, and time and Fuel for national delivery's , I can courier these items but they are rather heavy, so very costly, the courier's will not cover glass breakages.
So it does make it rather difficult and expensive to get your items too you. Also I ask for the Material cost up front. This covers me when a order is made and then not paid for (I've been out of pocket too many times from people asking for work to be done then not paying for it), I only loose the time I spent on the item rather than being hundreds of pounds out of pocket, I do however ask you to pay by cash, face to face, at my work shop, to ease any trust issues with handing over money before you receive your goods.
Also please bare in mind, I build CUSTOM Vivariums, if you want a standard size Vivarium, it will be cheaper and quicker for you to purchase a standard Vivarium from a reptile shop. If you want a little customization done to one of these then I can assist you with that. I have many contacts in the trade, If you like one of the Vivexotics Viva Vivariums for example, I can get these at very reasonable prices and alter them to suit, should you wish.
I will do a few alterations to one, when I get a chance, so you can see what can be done to a standard off the shelf Vivarium.

Terrestrial Bedroom breeder Vivariums.
I built these Vivariums last year for a display at the E.R.A.C. show.
They are simply to show that you do not need to have a boring solid sided vivarium, You could have almost any design on the sides as long as you Glaze them.
They are built from 18mm "Ultralite" MDF, this material is safe for me and the animals that will be homed in them. it has no "Formaldehyde" as other MDF does and is over 30% lighter in weight. Once sealed it is a superb material to use and a professional Finnish can easily be achieved
These Also have a built in laying and incubating drawer. I have tested these this year and they worked perfectly. They are ideal for the Hobbiest who is short on space.
All you need to do is keep your female/s in the top Vivarium and your males in the bottom. I used a Habistat twin stat to control both vivariums temperatures at the same time.
This picture shows the Vivarium in a unfinished state, If you look at the finished picture you will see a raised tube is cut in to the base, of the top Vivarium, this enters in to the Drawer that holds a 18ltr R.U.B (Really Useful Box) This R.U.B. is filled with Egg laying substrate. When you female is ready to nest she will find the drawer to Lay her eggs. Not only does this keep the Vivarium size to a maximum you do not need to find a R.U.B that will fit in the Vivarium with out causing to much stress.
Once the Eggs are laid, you can incubate them in the drawer as it has a heat mat and mat Stat fitted. Just shut off the entrance hole to the vivarium and wait for your babies to arrive.

Not just a boring solid Vivarium.
You don't need to have solid ends to your Vivariums, it is going to be a piece of your furniture after all.
Pretty much any design can be cut out of the end of these Vivariums.

Arboreal Bedroom breeder Vivariums.
This Vivarium uses the same principles as the Terrestrial Bedroom Breeder Vivarium, but is designed for Arboreal species. The pull out drawer holds the egg laying box that doubles as a incubator.
This picture was taken during manufacture I seem to have misplaced the finished photos but as soon as I find them I will add them to this page.

Something different!.
Imagine this with the light shining through coloured glass.
My Large Vivariums.
These are the Vivariums are what I keep my adult Dumeril's Boas and BCI in.
They are 3 x 6' x 2' x 2' built from 18mm Ultralite MDF and sealed with Diamond hard Satin emulsion and aquarium grade silicone to the inside joins.
The holes in the front are for ventilation. I am a strong believer that many keepers (unknown to them) and vivariums do not allow enough ventilation to their animals, by rear venting their vivariums.
The solid panel at the far end is there for more Vivariums to return from, as this is in the corner of my reptile room.

Standard Twin Stack, 2 x 4'x2'x18"
Excuse my two "Orrible Hurbert's", This was made from 18mm Melamine, for a friend of mine. It is rather difficult for me to use this material as I do not have the correct machines to correctly Edge it for a true professional finish.
None the less, My friend was and still is very happy with it.

Glass sided Vivariums.
I made this one out of 18mm Eloa Beech Melamine, it is for sale and is second hand, I have used it for only one year but is still in very good condition. The dimensions are 1200mm x 1200mm x 400mm.
It comprises of three separate vivariums, as the bottom Vivarium has been divided in two.
Now Sold... but more can be built.

Being built now, Hedgehog Enclosures/Hoggery
I am building these at the moment in the little spare time that I have.
It is a quad stack of 4x 3'x2'x16", These are for my Hedgehogs.
They will have soft wired doors to the front, Ramps and mes-amine floors too utilize all the available space.
I will update as soon as they are finished.

Update on the Hoggery..
I had a few hours to spare today. So I had a little play in my work shop.
I spent a little while Squaring up the stack and fitted the back.
I use 6mm MDF for the backs of my enclosures, not only does it cut down on cost, but also weight. I have never had any animal push the backs off of any of them in the past as I screw the backs on, not nailed/pinned.
Once I did this I decided to have a play with what to do on the insides.
Hedgehogs are very active during the night, so to give them plenty of space to explore, you need to utilize as much space as you can.
On top of the very important running/exercise wheel's, I will put in a mes-amine floor via either a ramp or a staircase as I knocked up today. This is just a test using some off-cuts, But I think you can get the idea from this photo. I will probably add their hides to this upper floor, and put a safety rail around the edge, to stop them falling off.
Once I have taken into account the size of their wheel, I will then know how much extra space I can add.

Almost finished with the Hoggery, I just ned to finish the painting and fit the Vents and glass.
In case you were wondering why I have added the riser panel to the left hand side, this has a few functions.
The first Function gives me access to the side of the Vivs to make it easier to cable it for heaters and lights ect. It also gives me a scribe to the 6' vivs that this will return from.
Last but not least, the thermostats will be able to be fitted to this also.
Take a look below for it's final position.

The Hoggery is in place, and it's new inhabitants have moved in.
Now on to the next section.

Here is a twin 4' x 2' x 2', This is to fit along side the Hoggery.
The riser panels to the outer edges, are there for ease of cabling and gives a good place to fix the Thermostats.
These vivs are to house some of my Carpet Pythons.

4' Stack almost done.
Nearly there. just a few minor bits to do, then to fit it in position.
My Reptile room is nearly finished.
12 x 33ltr "Really Usefull Box" Rack.
I have made this rack over the weekend, Although it is not quite finished in the Photo, It has now been completed and picked up by the new owner.
It is made to house 12 Lidless RUBS (Really Usefull Boxes). The new owner wanted it built so he can house his royal pythons in them.
I'm sure the snakes will be very happy living in them.
If you was interested in a rack like this please contact me for prices.
